Born in the idyllic farmland of Wisconsin, Piacci's signature cheeses are produced from recipes perfected over 70 years. Using authentic replications of Old World original cultures and a steadfast attention to detail, each cheese is meticulously crafted from simple, all-natural ingredients – milk, rennet, culture and salt. And we use milk from only select dairy producers.
Packaging with a Purpose
Besides the all-natural ingredients, you’ll find nothing else in our cheese; no fillers, preservatives or anti-caking agents – ensuring optimum flavor and performance. And we take just as much care to deliver our gourmet cheese at its peak of excellence. Because light can adversely affect the quality of good cheese, we designed unique black packaging to ensure the cheese is protected and no light reaches it. None of this is easy.
