We’ve carefully refined traditional cheese making techniques and added processing and distribution steps that are entirely unique to Piacci. At every step of the way, we put forth the extra effort necessary to produce a line of exceptional Italian cheeses with a taste all their own. How?

Great cheese comes from great milk. That’s why the Piacci quality story begins with a family of farms, dedicated exclusively to us, that proudly exceed the highest quality milk standards in the nation. Each day, to make sure you get only the finest cheese, we harvest, thoroughly test and receive fresh, Grade A milk from these dedicated farms. Our select producer dairies have received exemplary accreditation from the Milk and Beef Dairy Quality Assurance Center, Inc., ensuring the highest level of animal health and welfare.
Additionally, our certified laboratory, field staff, communications systems, and Milk Management Assistance Program (MMAP), led by our own Herd Health and Wellness Veterinarian, provide unmatched dairy herd management support.

Born from only a handful of all-natural ingredients, using no additives, anti-caking agents, fillers or preservatives, in order to ensure optimum flavor and performance. For us, creating exquisite fine cheese starts and ends with only a few simple, all-natural ingredients. And what we don't add is as important as what we do.
The type of cultures used, along with milk quality and the manner and length of aging time, largely determines the cheese’s aroma, flavor and texture. All of our cultures are continuously refined to produce the essence of our distinctive flavors. Which guarantees that no one else is able to recreate the unmatched flavors of Piacci.

We are dedicated to providing all Piacci Italian cheese at its absolute peak of excellence for the best flavor, texture and overall character. That’s easier said than done. Over time, we have refined and tailored the precise curing time for each variety of Piacci cheese to heighten its desired characteristics.

Our passion for excellence drives us to great lengths to ensure our fine cheeses are protected throughout the entire distribution process. Research shows that light can adversely affect the flavor and quality of cheese. And our delicately balanced flavors make our cheeses particularly sensitive to these adverse effects. So we designed our unique black packaging to ensure that our gourmet cheese is protected from any light – a practical solution as much as a stylish one.
We are stewards of planet Earth and its inhabitants, today and tomorrow. The same relentless attention to detail that we use in crafting our cheese is evident in our sensitivity to the planet and our social responsibility. Just one example is our dedication to cow comfort, health and nutrition, which results in an extremely earth-friendly milk supply. Beyond that, we actively partner with our dairy producers to help them protect the land, water and air in the communities in which they live and operate.
